For those of you who are not materially challenged (is that even a word??) building a house may not be a problem. But unfortunatelly, it is for some of us who are less priviliged , materially that is. Most of the time we have to come up with ideas to overcome those obstacles, such as, limited land size and of course, budget. Those are, let’s face it, not a very easy thing to do.

Luckily, i may have something for you that just might help.

The biggest problem that we all have is obviously room sizes. Most of the time we don’t have enough space for rooms in our houses. The trick is to minimize the area. If it’s possible try to make two stories to divide the rooms in these zones: make the lower floor for public areas, such as dining, kitchen, and living room, and the upper floor for more private areas.

Instead of having a reception area, make a terrace for guests.

Make sure the distance between floors is no more than 270 cm. This way u could get a convenient staircase, which is 15 steps.

3 x 3,6 m is appropriate enough for a bedroom. the 0,6 cm is for the wardrobe. The bathroom can be done in 1,8 x 1,8 m, tubless. Not only can it saves space, it’s also cleaner and more hygienic.
