My Ultimate Guilty Pleasures of the Year

New year’s only a couple of weeks away. Lots of things already going on in 2007, some bad, some good, some…well, ugly.

Other people listed the great moments that happened to them this year. I don’t really have anything to brag about, so instead these are my lists of my guilty pleasures of the year, feel free to agree or disagree

1. TV shows: E news & The Daily 10

Not exactly a newbie on tv history, but gossip shows are never boring. These 2 are the exact reasons i go home every night at 10, every single night (minus the weekends of course). I know i probably should tune in to some other more important world issues, but watching the paps got hit by britney’s car over and over? painfully irressistable.

2. Music: Rihanna’s Umbrella

Anyone who ever said they never shook their heads evrytime they hear this song are total liars. How can u not sing along to this song??. This is exactly the kind of music u’d either hate to love or love to hate. It’s catchy, well made, and absolutely evrywhere. As much as i love to hate this song…i simply can’t get enough of it…ella, ella, eh…eh..eh

3. Movies: Quentin Tarantino’s Deathproof

It’s totally baseless. Others would even find it sexist. But i happen to find it rather entertaining…if not comforting. It’s about a retired stuntman , appropiately named Stuntman Mike, who obviously is a dare devil and enjoys dragging his car over the streets at night, picking up girls, and simply…kill them, just for the fun of it. It’s a typical tarantino movie, which involved lots an lots of chopped limbs, bloods and strangely named characters ( Jungle Julia everyone ??). All and all, a top notch latenight entertainment.

4. Web Thingies: Yahoo messenger

Again, not a new popular item. It’s just that evrytime i chat with total strangers…i just can’t resist the temptations to fake my identity. It’s like having an alter ego…except with this one u don’t have to bother having a multiple personality issues. lying is simply addictive…

5. Fashion Items : knock out stuffs ( A.K.A bajakan)

God bless taman puring and gedebage, Rp 50000 for zoo york tees?? yes please…

There i said it, my list of enjoyable embarrasments…at least i’m not the only one. Happy new year guys!!
