Your own Mushalla at home

Having your own mushalla at home would definetely make your praying more convenient. Besides, your guests wouldn’t have to bother using your rooms whenever they need to pray. You can start with a small room for a person.

Locate the mushalla in the west part of the house. Instead of having walls as a partition you can make it out of book cabinets, except when it’s next to the wudhu area or bathroom.

Make sure that the entrance is from the back or the side of the praying position.

And if possible make the wudhu area next to the mushalla, which is only about 70 x 70 cm.

Make lots of opening for circulation , Which can also minimize the usage of air conditioning.
