Another post of small house

Again, another post about small house. This time the property is about 13,2 – 15 m x 6 m. Not too big right? But with the right design, we can manage a 3,6 x 3,6 m of living room, and 3,6 x 2,4 m of pantry. The bathroom can be put under the concrete plate staircase. Don’t bother having a reception area, a terrace would do just fine. You can have small yard in the front and the back of the house. The carport is suitable enough for one car.

Put all bedroom in the 2nd floor. We can manage to have 3 bedrooms. Two 3 x 3,6 m beds and one 2,4 x 3 m bed. Put the living room right in the centre of the house.

U can also have a small pond next to the dining and living room. Make sure no space wasted, this include a small space under the wood board of the pond. This small space can be use to store stuffs for the ponds ( fish foods etc). Make as many as openings to maximize air circulation while minimizing air conditioner usage.

If possible put the washing machine in the pantry. Invest a little more on the washing machine.
